PRACTICE

Everyday mindfulness

Turn one routine moment - tea, wudu, washing hands - into a short mindfulness practice.

HOW TO PRACTICE

  1. Pick one small routine you already do today: making tea, washing your hands, or wudu.
  2. As you do it, notice the temperature, texture, and sounds involved.
  3. When your mind drifts to other thoughts, gently bring it back to the sensations of the activity.
  4. Let the activity take the time it naturally takes, without rushing it.
Considerations

No extra time needed - it uses a moment already in your day. For many Muslim users, wudu and salah naturally fit this kind of present-moment attention.
